CARRIE'S COOKBOOK - Devilled Carrots

DEVILLED CARROTS

2c carrots, cut in 1/2" diagonal slices
1/4c catalina-style salad dressing
1T brown sugar
1T Worcestershire sauce
1T chopped fresh parsley

In saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water until almost tender; about 10 minutes. Drain. Return to saucepan; stir in dressing, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Saute over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently until glazed. Stir in parsley, just before serving.
