DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE
1-3/4c all-purpose flour
Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into a greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350�F for 35-40 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool.

1/2c vegetable oil
2t vanilla
1c boiling water
