Eggnog

EGGNOG
WARNING: This recipe contains uncooked eggs. If salmonella is of a concern in your area, please do not attempt this recipe.

6 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
1/2c sugar
1-1/2c milk
1c blend
1t vanilla
1c whipping cream
nutmeg

Beat egg whites until stiff and set asid. Whip whipping cream. Beat egg yolks, next, with salt until light. Gradually beat in sugar until thick. Slowly beat in milk. Blend in vanilla. Fold in whipping cream and beaten egg whites. Chill. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
