EASY TIRAMISU
1 (6 serve size) vanilla pudding & pie filling (in one)
Prepare pudding & pie filling mix according to package directions. Whisk cream cheese and coffee liqueur into hot filling. Cover with plastic wrap and chill one hour. Combine coffee, hot water and sugar; brush over ladyfingers. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture. Line bottom of an eight-cup trifle bowl with half of the ladyfingers. Spread half of the pudding mixture over ladyfingers; sprinkle with half of the grated chocolate. Repeat layers. Cover tightly; chill four hours or overnight to blend flavours.
1 (8oz) pkg cram cheese, softened
1/4c coffee liqueur
1T instant coffee granules
1/2c hot water
1T sugar
1 (7oz) pkg ladyfingers
1-1/2c whipped topping
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely grated
