Bittersweet Fondue

BITTERSWEET FONDUE

6 squares bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/3c cream or milk
3T liqueur, brandy or rum (optional)
assorted fresh fruit peices or cake cubes

Melt chocolate with cream over hot water. Blend until smooth. Stir in liqueur. If liqueur is not desired, substitute with an additional 3T cream. Transfer to a servng dish or fondue pot. Serve warm with fresh fruit. For White Chocolate Fondue, use 6 squares white chocolate, 3T whipping cream and 2T orange liqueur. Proceed as above.
