Belgian Coffee

BELGIAN COFFEE

1 slice of orange
1/2c sugar (in small bowl)
1 egg white
1/4t vanilla
4c hot brewed coffee
chocolate curls

Make 1/4" slit in half moon slice of orange and run it around four glasses. Dip rim of glasses in the sugar and then shake to remove excess. Set aside. Beat egg white until stiff and set aside. Add vanilla to whipping cream and whip until soft peaks form. Fold egg white into whipped cream. Fill heat-proof glasses 1/3 full with whipped cream mixture being careful not to disturb sugar on rim. Add one cup coffee to each glass and garnish with chocolate curls.
