BEEF STIR FRY WITH VEGETABLES
3T cornstarch
In medium bowl, stir together cornstarch, broth, water, and soya sauce until smooth; set aside. In 10" skillet, over med-high heat, in 2T oil, stir-fry mushrooms, vegetables, and garlic until tender, 5-8 minutes. Remove; set aside. In same skillet, in 2T oil, stir-fry beef until browned, about 2 minutes. Stir in reserved broth mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add vegetables. Heat through. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Makes four servings.
1 can beef broth
4T vegetable oil, divided
1/2c water
1-1/2c halved fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1lb boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips
1 pkg frozen veggie combo (ie: broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, red pepper, etc)
2T soya sauce
